2. Delivery Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your purchases as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically during the checkout process based on your delivery location.

• Nairobi Deliveries: Dispatched and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
• Outside Nairobi: Shipped via trusted local courier partners and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
• While we make every effort to meet stated delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or severe weather conditions.

3. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy under specific guidelines.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• For hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa) once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
